A new IT Support logging system has been installed at Outsource IT Support to increase IT Support response times!

The new IT Support system allows engineers to respond quickly to support tickets submitted by customers. Each engineer has full access to the custom built system from any location including on their iPhones and Blackberry.
The system allows us to manage each support call with great detail. We are able to log all changes made on your network which will allow is to manage your infrastructure more efficiently.
